Hotel coach parking is usually a loading and logistics problem before it is a room-booking problem. Guests need the right entrance, bags need a controlled handoff, and the coach may need to leave the historic centre after unloading. Ask the hotel precise questions
Confirm the entrance, unloading side, passenger count, luggage volume, accessibility needs, check-in window, and a staff contact. Ask whether a coach may stop, for how long, and where it must go afterward. A hotel’s private driveway, loading bay, or adjacent street can have a different rule from the guest car park. Save the instructions for the driver and tour manager.
Plan the full stay
