Plan the passenger handoff
Confirm the destination entrance, the number of passengers, luggage, and the time they need to leave the vehicle. A hotel, school, hospital, and concert venue may have different stopping areas and different traffic controls. Unload only where signs permit it, keep the pavement and cycle route clear, and move to a proper parking location once the group is out.
Measure the minibus at its real operating height and length. Roof boxes, air conditioning, mirrors, and an open luggage compartment change the fit.
