P+R Opatov Prague: plan the C-line transfer from the D1 approach
P+R Opatov can be useful for drivers approaching Prague from the D1 side who want to continue by Metro C. It is not a reservation for the whole city: the lot, transfer, payment, capacity, and final destination all need to fit the actual journey. Start with the current official P+R directory before you leave and treat live conditions as more important than an old rate or capacity copied into an article.
Match the transfer to the destination
Choose Opatov when the C-line journey makes the rest of the trip simpler than driving into the centre. Check the station entrance, the final metro stop, the walking route after the train, and the last connection home. Work backwards from the appointment
Allow time for motorway traffic, finding the entrance, parking, walking to the station, waiting for the train, and changing lines if needed.
