Check the listing before the button
Read the address context, photos, dimensions, surface, gate, height limit, lighting, and walking route. If the map pin is intentionally approximate, use the access description to understand the actual arrival. Ask a question when the detail matters; do not assume a driveway, garage, or courtyard includes space beyond the marked bay.
Choose a complete time window
Include arrival, finding the gate, loading or unloading, the event or appointment, and the return to the car. For airports and evening events, leave a buffer. A booking that ends at the expected finish time may be too short if the venue releases thousands of people at once. If the app supports an extension, it still depends on availability; it is not a guarantee.
Keep the confirmation together
